My experience was very good, Brayan was knowledgeable, patient and kind with me from the beginning to the end. I am 75 year old, he had to walk me through the process.Thank you for making my experience easy and painless.

Additions call center used to be great. I needed help with transferring money to my daughters account. I've done it many times and it used to be as easy as 1-2-3. Now I get referred to another department and they may take as long as one business day. In addition I asked for help setting up my online banking account to be able to transfer and received no assistance. Finally I clicked the help button and it merely told me how to use online banking. No other options. A terrible experience. I must confess I miss Central Florida Educators Federal Credit Union.
