        Excellent service. Tech was right on time, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to outlining 3 different repairs that were needed he detailed a more cost effective option that included replacing this 13.5 year old system. Based on his review we chose the replacement that could be done within 24 hours versus having to wait for parts from Trane. Service: Water heater installation

        First time I used ProTech... making he appt was easy, showed up on time, found and fixed the problem with my AC. Jaun was polite, careful, neat and professional. I would use them again. And I did use Pro-Tech again on a different unit. Jordan came out, was incredibly helpful and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic. Jordan, like other Pro Tech Technicians, was polite, careful in our home, neat and professional.
