        I placed an order in the drive thru and the girl was very rude and not willing to repeat the order back to me so I could make sure it was taken correctly. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she closed the window and had me, and my wife with our 1 month old waiting there for a half an hour before she called the cops on me to have me removed for trespassing. They told me there was no supervisor there and wouldn't give me there names to file a complaint! It is the worst service I've ever had and will never recommend anyone to visit this location.

        The woman at the drive through has the worst customer service etiquette. I asked for my recipes and was given an attitude immediately. I said thank you twice as she wouldnt utter a youre welcome to save her life. Rolled her eyes and slammed the window.

        I just left this Dunkin it says it closed at 7 pm. We were in the drive thru for about 10 mins. No one asked if we wanted to Order, so we parked and got down the doors locked yet there were employees inside. What a horrible service Dunkin, you guys need to do better.
