If I could give them a negative 20 I would. I paid November in full I was a little late but told them when I could pay. Then December is due well when I called to pay November I told him my updated number he said he would update it but didnt I told him I was sorry I was moving and he wrote down I was leaving the unit which was not true! Jan 4th (the only thing due is 122$-one month (december) with late fee) and they THREW ALL MY STUFF OUT!!! luckily I got ONE sentimental box out of it. GO TO TELLUS they helped me and I dont even have a unit there. I cannot believe that I lost everything from my divorce because they wrote down something totally false. They have ruined so much for me!!!!!

Really cool people, very understanding and laid back. And the unit I purchased was very clean. Although the customer service is great I look forward to not having the bill every month lol. All around great experience though. Oh yeah. Thanks to Zach for returning my driver's license when I left it at the main office.
