Working with them for month now. The sign is ready but they keep pushing back installing time and wont give us an actual time. Not very nice or talkative, been asking for install for over a month and finally got back with us. Customer service needs to be worked on. Wont be using them again nor recommend them. Between other places in lake city or online they aint worth it.

They helped me design my new business logo. Came out great!!! Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for future needs.

Called the day before and asked if I could order a specialized license plate, the man said it would cost $25, and would have to pay up front. Went today, 25 mile drive one-way and ordered it, the man said I could pay for it when I pick it up. I said What? He would have taken the order over the phone. I did order it snd hope it is worth the $25 and $20 in gas, since I do have to go pick it up. The associate was really nice and may continue to do business with them.

They make really nice signs. Just like you want. Have gotten quite a few from Action Signs. They do really nice work.
