We had an appraisal done by this company as we were refinancing our home.. but they failed to send in the report, we tried numerous times to get a hold of them. But no one ever returned our phone calls or text messages. We had to hire another appraisal company. This company is very unprofessional! Do not use them, you will regret it.

This appraiser couldn’t tell the difference between standard cabinetry and custom kitchen cabinetry, between Formica and granite countertops, between pergo floors and low quality carpet. Despite having >$40k in our kitchen remodel and other upgrades pointed out to him, this appraiser refused to reconsider his original low ball assessment.
