I called Jake on a Tuesday, he actually swung by the house that day because he was in the area, to see the problem, said hed schedule me for 11am Friday. Friday came and wenthe never showed up, never called to let me know he wasnt going to make it. I hope hes okay, because I know things happen. I had heard such good things about his work, he was so personable, when he swung by, showed me where the water shut off to the house was. So maybe something happened, because I had heard such good things about his work, and his professionalism. Service: Faucet repair

Jake was very personable and did a great job. I had to have the plumbing capped and sunk below the sub--floor where I ripped out a bathtub in a mobile home. He also removed my old dishwasher and installed a new one. Will use for all future plumbing needs.

This is a family owned company that goes above and beyond to be punctual and budget friendly. Being in business, the most important thing is having someone to call on and not always have to check prices in a pinch. We have had very low water pressure in our older home since we moved in a year and a half ago. I was afraid to have it checked out because I assumed it would be a re-piping job and would cost thousands. Finally, after barely being able to wash dishes, I called Plumbing Now and Jake responded very quickly. He came out the same day and figured out the valve letting the water in from outside was probably partially closed. After not being able to find the valve outside he had a Deja vu of being here before. He remembered the name of the former owner (a few owners ago), called them, and they let him know where to find the valve! A short time later after adjusting the valve, the water pressure returned to normal. Jake was very friendly, knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. I would call Plumbing Now again for any other plumbing needs.
