        Miriam in customer service is very rude. She will argue with customers about sales going on. Ill walk out of line and go to Home Depot, if I see her as the cashier again.

        Dear Lowe's in Lake City, Please train you sales associates that women have money and purchase items as well. I was there to pickup a new expensive farmhouse sink I just purchased on line from Lowes. Now Im in need of a new dishwasher and other appliances as Im remodeling my entire kitchen. I was in the appliance area for SEVERAL minutes trying to look for the dishwashers I found on line on your website. The older man that was on the sales floor was speaking to another sales associate the entire time I was there and didn't acknowledge me at all. (The dishwashers are at the sale desk area where he and his friend were) (I was in plain sight). When my male friend walked up several minutes later, he (the older man sales person) asked him immediately (as soon as he walked into the area) if he needed anything not me. I was the one shopping and have the money for a new purchase. I walked out after I let him know I was shopping for appliances not my male friend. You need a Sales 101 class for your sales associates, particularly some of the older men. CM
