Aaron if I could give zero stars I would. You're one rude receptionist. I don't know what your problem is this morning. But I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. I was not rude to you or any kind of way. I'm truly sorry if you're having a bad morning. I hope it gets better for you.

One of the doctors up there saw one of my friends and called them a loon as they walked out. Very poor service and very rude workers.

My daughter has really bad social anxiety, she doesn't like the tele med thing it makes her feel really uncomfortable. When I called to become a new patient I was never told they have a waiting list or they only offer tele med. So I went in filled out all the paper work and then I was told their was a waiting list for counciling and tele med appointments are all they could do. I explained our situation and she said she would look into it and call me. She called and left a message at closing and when I called the next day she said we were better off finding some where else since she doesn't like telemed.

I called to schedule my first appointment and was told that they wouldn't allow me to make an appointment without first coming in to fill out paperwork and provide insurance information. I explained that I suffer terrible pain from spinal stenosis and the only transportation I had was through Suwanee River Economic Council, which means that for a trip to fill out paperwork only and to simply schedule an appointment that I would have to endure about 6 hours of sitting on a very painful back. I offered to fax my paperwork and my insurance information as well as my ID and they still refused to make an exception to an already ridiculous requirement. They obviously have no business treating people period if they are that inflexible. I called twice to try to get them to understand my situation. They are rude and completely unreasonable considering they are treating people with psychiatric issues. My recommendation is to go elsewhere that actually cares about the people they serve.
