Talk to James about the Springs being broken on my garage door, he sent Bryce and his partner out the same day fixed my door so I could get my wife's car out. They are fairly priced and I would refer them to anyone who is looking for a garage door company.

The spring on our door broke yesterday. I work in construction and had heard great things about Santa Fe Overhead Door from colleagues. I called and requested a quote at lunchtime and got an accurate quote over the phone. They were comparable or better than the other companies I requested quotes from and were able to come out after lunchtime today. They replaced the spring and fixed some cables that had been damaged when the spring broke. They also lubricated the door. Everything is like new!

We had an issue with a door installed a few years ago. Tim came out the next day and fixed the problem fast and at no charge to us. These guys stand by their product and are great to work with.

We built a new house a little over a year ago in Tioga and the garage door was installed by Santa Fe OD. We kept having loud noises from the door very intermittently. I just could never locate the noise and just couldn't find the time to set an appointment to have it looked at. Well the door made a loud bang earlier this week and quickly became inoperable. I admittingly went into my initial call to Santa Fe OD with a very bad attitude knowing I would have a fight on my hands to get this finally corrected. I am writing this review because Santa Fe OD needs to be called out for being "AMAZING PEOPLE"! The initial call went the complete opposite of what I expected, then the tech showed up this morning and corrected my door issue and found a few more things he felt were done incorrectly during the installation and corrected them as well. I really wish I could remember his name because he deserves a shout out as well. There are A LOT of businesses around here that could learn A LOT from Santa Fe OD! I hope they do commercial work as well because I will start using them for all our overhead door needs at my business!
