Walked in today and in 5 seconds I was able to get a brow apt! Brow expert ALEXANDRIA was awesome! She fixed the many errors other places did! Definitely going back! She's a keeper! 🙂

If I could give zero I would! I visited this store 11/6 with 2 of my daughters and my grandson. The immediate thing we noticed were the strange stares we got upon walking in, we were then followed around the store by several employees ONLY 1 PERSON OFFERED ASSISTANCE ALTHOUGH SEVERAL FOLLOWED US AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME!
IN THE END ALTHOUGH I MADE A PURCHASE OVER $100 USED MY DL IN PLACE OF MY CC AND HAD 1 ITEM SHIPPED TO MY HOME I was disgusted and angry when my 17 year old daughter let me know she heard the employee by the door get on her communication device and say "THEY ARE LEAVING NOW" I .tried giving the benefit of doubt and say maybe for covid reasons she said 3 were.leaving and then my daughter reminded me there was 4 of us!Then to make matters worse as we walked out the alarm went off I quickly turned around and opened my bag and the same lady said yeah you bought perfume go ahead... HOW WOULD SHE KNOW WHAT I BOUGHT WHEN SHE WAS AT THE DOOR THE ENTIRE TIME? I WILL NEVER GO IN ANY SEPHORA AGAIN AND I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CREDIT ACCOUNT!
