        If I can give it 0 stars I would. First they state it opens at 10 on staurdays we were waiting almost a hour when we left. Than the phone call was first. So many mintutes waiting, to be transferred I dont know how many times. Awful experience. And the crazy thing is??? I was translating for my fiance..its not even my insurance.
