This should be avoided by all. This will be the biggest mistake that anyone could ever make. To elaborate we had an emergency our bathroom ceiling light stopped working then water started to leak out from the light. Due to the fact that electricity and water is a deadly combination we deemed it an emergency. The only way to contact someone was email . There is not an emergency number. The 2 days later without notice someone came to the house. When I asked what emergency number I could use they said 911. This representative advised me to use 911 for a specific home emergency repair. They tried intimidating me and had absolutely no idea how to fix this issue. The next day more ceiling light started to go out and leak water. Extremely unsafe and now I had no recourse and no one to contact. We feel extremely unsafe and very uncomfortable with the lack of concern. The dangers of the electricity and water are a real danger. The company has never fixed this and it keeps getting worse. Please be aware that this company is to be avoided and they are unwilling to fix any issues. I would strongly advise everyone to never live in one of these properties.
