We chose Debbie as our agent because she seemed the most experienced and was very thorough in her sales presentation. She turned out to be a good choice. Debbie gave us good advice in preparing our home for marketing and had a buyer lined up soon after our house listed. As it turned out, the buyer proved to be difficult but Debbie was there to smooth things out and keep the sales process going. We were grateful to have Debbie represent us. Debbie was referred to us by a friend who lives in The Villages and she was undoubtedly the best choice! She not only knew the area well, she went above and beyond what I thought a realtor does. Since my sister and I live out of state she handled everything from getting the house painted and repaired so it was ready to sell to being the go-between with a many number of parties. The sale on this house was a probate situation and she jumped through more hoops than ever expected. She made sure we close on this property as she worked day and night getting things done. Debbie did a fantastic job as our seller's agent. Initially, we contacted a couple of agents. Debbie's response was so thorough and detailed, with comps and other information, we were totally blown away. So we listed with her. The sale was challenging. It was a probate situation. There were multiple people involved on our side, scattered around the country, none of which were in Florida. The house had a lot of deferred maintenance. She managed everything -- from emptying the contents of the house to finding somebody to clear out bats that had nested in a conduit. She put a lot of work into our sale, got us a price we are satisfied with, and was an excellent communicator through the whole process. I've got nothing but good things to say about what she did for us.
