Lauretta was so kind and what a wonderful soul. Helped me find the perfect place - she knew what would suit me based on my desires and specs. She didnt waste my time taking me to ones that werent comparable. Since I was temporarily out of state - She helped me with all the paperwork, licenses, taxes, made sure my utilities were on - gave me lists of what companies to use - she rocked!!!! -when I finally moved in - she had left the nicest welcome home gift for me. I will use her if I ever move again!!! I highly recommend her if you want that personal touch that goes above and beyond.

In November 2020 I told my family I was considering moving back to Ocala from PA. My brother-in-law & sister then started looking around and met Lauretta. She took them all around Rolling Greens & showed them several homes. They thought I would really like this one. Unaware that they had met with Lauretta, I had sent an inquiry to MH Florida Living asking about the park & lot rents etc. Debbie Hotchkiss responded to my email inquiry. That was the beginning of a long but successful relationship. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them even if she had to ask someone else. In March 2021 I came down to Ocala and scheduled a tour with Debbie. She showed me several homes within my price range but I kept going back to this one. Debbie was very patient and professional with all our conversations. I'm sure I drove her crazy but she never seemed to mind. She just wanted to help me. My situation was a 1st for her as I did choose this home but needed to go back to PA. I couldn't move to Florida until June and therefore needed to Close on the home via emails. This ended up being a great experience and I am so very happy that I met her and purchased this home. I recently moved in a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I love my new home and Debbie is ending up becoming a personal friend as well. I would highly recommend Debbie if you are looking for a mobile home. She will work very hard to make your experience a great one.
