I ordered (4) steak and (4) shredded beef tacos to go with only cilantro and lime. The ladies cooking did my tacos wrong. The tacos all had onions on them The nice hispanic gentlemen explained it was his fault, kept apologizing, very pleasant and was a nice friendly man. He even gave me the 8 tacos I bought, fixed right, plus another 4 steak tacos with the onions. Which he could of easily thrown them away instead of giving them to me. Delious food and very excellent hospitality by the gentleman running the register.

I have been eating here on a regular basis for over a year. I met the owner at Sams Club when he had a huge cart full of watermelon. I asked what he was going to do with all of that amazing fruit. He said agua Fresca at his food truck. I followed him over and I have been hooked ever since. My favs are everything! But if I had to pick my true addiction it is the quesabirrialoaded with extra cilantro, onion and lime. And then smothered with the pickled onions he leaves out as condiment. With roasted jalapeos for dessert. Seriously, I am hooked! Their agua frescas are freshly made, refreshing and he rotates fruit throughout the year. For take home I love the tamales. You cant go wrong with any of the tacos but the pastor and lengua are our favorites. Sitting outside under canopies in a gravel parking lot between a gas station and a loud car wash with people from all walks of life is such GOOD memories of Mexico for us! The only downside is I cannot calorically afford to eat here more than once per week.

I'm rarely impressed with Mexican food out here but this taco stand is the best! I had al pastor and pollo. Husband added chorizo to the mix. Absolutely fantastic and a great value. Yes it's a gas station food truck. Give them a shot- you won't regret it.
