Very friendly service. Rooms are quite big and you have great view of the golf course. We also had a room with the pool and hot tub view. Nearby activities: Located in The Villages. Plenty of restaurants, things to do and free concerts at night! Safety: Gated community Walkability: You can walk everywhere. Everything is so close by. Food & drinks: All walkable food and drink places.

We had a pleasant stay at Waterfront............everything was nice and clean. The lake view was awesome!

I booked a room in late March to stay at the hotel on April 3,2024 Our Philadelphia flight to Orlando was canceled this morning die to extreme winds and heavy downpours American Airlines could not get us booked On another flyt to Orlando until the following morning (4-4-2024) My wife and I called the hotel a total of four times throughout the day to notify The hotel staff that we were stranded at the Philadelairport due to the weather and could not be accounted with another flight until the following morning The hotel staff stated they would charge us for the room regardless I let them know that it is totally unacceptable and wanted to speak with the general manager The staff after three more calls told me that he would call me back The General manager never bothered to make the phone call The staff on my last phone call put me through to Curtis who stated he was the manager but did not have the authority to Refund my room which was paid in full on March 25th He told me the General manager only gets on the phone for medical emergencies (terrible customer service and a lack of empathy as a result of a major weather delay) I explained to Curtis that the storm flooding that cancelation is something totally out of my control and I should be refunded my money for the room He put me on hold and let me know that the General mgr in four years has. Ever granted a refund due to flyt cancellations I am both shocked that this hotel would have senior management with such poor customer service and support A lack of leadership at the top is evident!!
