    This company company proved within the first week that they could not be trusted, all this did is stress out and nerve up my mother who was already recovering from an extended stay in a medical rehab facility. Don't use this company, I cannot urge that enough.

    This home health agency has been a wonderful experience for my husband. The Nurses and Therapists are amazing! Trained to go above and beyond helping with PT, Nursing, OT, and Speech. Cant say enough good things! And they really care !!

    Out of all of the places I have worked in medicine this has by far been my best move. Better @ Home staff took me in with no home health experience and was nothing but kind and patient with me as I learned. Now I see they treat the patients with the same compassion. We have a great team here and have so many things to offer.

    Just FYI: Ripped me off over 40 hrs of Overtime!!! Yes I am a traveler but they give me the longest patients to see. Picc, wound vac, labs, etc... for .75 units for 1 patient! Not even 1 unit! When I brought it to her (Stacey) the director attention she told me " you get paid by the hour so why do you care" I said because your point system and the hours do not match up for my pay. She agreed to the first 18 hrs of over time but then the next 3 checks she refused!!! Spoke to my agency and they billed it but denied by Stacey the director! My agency paid it anyway because I worked it but they did not want to pay. The HHA screws you every chance they can! Do Not settle! I worked 12 days straight because when you are on call here you also work a full day for the entire 12 days on call! Been doing this for 20 years and this is the WORST MOST AWEFUL PLACE TO EVER WORK AT!!!!! The office personnel try to act as if they have your back but they are liars!!! They are an HCA Healthcare company. NEVER GO HERE!!! WILL POST ON FACEBOOK TRAVELER PAGES AS WELL!!!

    If you want to have the best care for parent do not work with Better @ Home The Villages. Poor communication from the bottom on up to the Director. Nurses continuously contacted the 86 year old patient with Stage 4 cancer and hard of hearing instead of contacting the Primary Caregiver for appointments. Showed up twice unannounced to the home when the elderly patient was expected to answer the door ... hard of hearing and often sleeping. Bullied into processing a discharge instead of reaching a resolution to the issues. With this being said, the physical therapist was fantastic, Tim. Personable, engaged and what home health care and working in this field is all about. Was a joy to my Dad and he looked forward to his visits. Hopefully this at home service (note service) will learn to understand the needs of their clients and become understanding, instead of being defensive, to the stressed caregiver caring for their loved one. Stay away.
