Would not renew my heart meds without a 6 month appointment, the thing was my 6 month appointment was not due for 2 months, would not even give me 1 weeks worth. I contacted my cardiologist he refilled my medication no questions asked. About a month later premier called demanding to know who and how I had my life saving heart medication refilled. I also so found out my medical records were sent to India for 3 party outsourcing. To refill medication, referrals and other thi gs. I never approved my medical records to be sent to india. I fired them And so did my husband. Referals were never faxed to surgeon or hospital my husband had to drive from one place to another to drop off papers so I could have surgery.

My first experience with this practice was with a primary care physician, Carlos Ramirez, (who was only interested in my blood work) and after 3 visits had not read my history. My history included colon and breast cancer, and he wanted me to submit a fecal sample for colon cancer screening. He realized (with a computer screen in front of him detailing my history which was new to him) during a "telemed" call that I had a history of cancer when he was proceeding to tell me how to get a fecal sample! I thought doctors were to read the provided history of new patients and pursue those relevant and very important issues like cancer. My second nightmare is with the billing department. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get in touch with them. Whenever I do I have been told something different EVERY TIME regarding what I owe and what my insurance covers. A very, very long story short...that are not coding the claim correctly! My insurance company had to get very involved. Don't ever go there!!
