For 29 years I was not a Dentist fan until I went to First Impressions Dental Care and saw Dr. Purdy. I had nothing but the best experience with her and all her co-workers. Highly recommended!!

My Wife has been a patient at First Impressions" dental for 10 years or more, and her remarks about the care and atmosphere there have always been "glowing," but I am not much of a fan of any medical and/or professional office I have been acquainted with. One of my consistent complaints is regarding what I call the "counter women." This group seems to be a breed unto themselves, and manage to be unsmiling, dictatorial, and even rude. Unfortunately, they set the tone of the whole office, and when you walk in, the waiting area is filled with folks that have already been alienated by them. Not so at the aptly named "First Impressions" office. When I walked in there the very first time there was a marked difference that I had not experienced anywhere before. I should also say that I am a 73 year old Army Veteran, so this isn't my first rodeo, so to speak. Everyone at this office exceeded my sometimes critical nature-everyone. As a result, the atmosphere is conducive to healing, with little if any attending stress. My Wife's Dentist is Dr. Pisano-who she just loves, and now I know why, and my Dentist is Dr. Purdy. Her manner alone won my allegiance in the first few minutes, but her skill as a dentist has gained my respect and gratitude. I have seen her two times, both times for difficult extractions. The first was a front tooth that had broken off below the gum line and was infected. The second tooth was an upper jaw tooth that was also badly infected-the "sinus tooth." The care and patience she exerted in both of these extractions paid off with minimal discomfort, both during and after the surgery. Dr. Purdy is, and will be, my Dentist. Dan P. Ocala, Florida
