Stephanie made purchasing a property from an out of state seller quick and easy. I tried to purchase the property on my own but wasn't successful. I got a lot of run around from the sellers, so after getting a rave review from a friend who worked with Stephanie before, I hired her to get the job done and that's exactly what she did. Once she got involved, she handled all the legwork with the title company and was able to get the entire transaction wrapped up before my wife and I headed out for vacation.
