Best imaging locale by far. We walked in to get copies of 2023 images and left within an hour with four CDs. Whilst calling the central line for appts is not fun, Id gladly visit this great staff in person!!

If I could give a zero I would thanks to Jennifer the XRay tech! I had an MRI scheduled and was told to come to the center before my appointment time. I have previously tried to also schedule an X-Ray, but I was told that X-Rays are done on a walk-in basis and the last patient that the tech sees is at 5:15pm. The office personnel told me to arrive at 5:15 to have my X-Rays done and MRI after that. I arrived at 5:00 to be told by Jennifer (the X-Ray tech) that she could not do the X-rays because she turned the machine off at 4:30. Really?? If you are supposed to see patients at 5:15 on a walk-in-basis, why turned the machine off before that? She also put every excuse in the books for not turning the machine on and complete them. She alleged that she was not told by the office personnel that she had someone coming in, but regardless if you are scheduled to take patients until 5:15, why turned the machine off 45 minutes before? For those people that leave at 4:30-5:00 from work or have busy lives DO NOT GO THERE!!! I can bet that Jennifer does this every day to leave early from work. She appears to care about herself and can care less about the needs of the patients. People like the X-Ray tech Jennifer is what gives Orlando Health a bad reputation. Also, shame on management for not noticing what is happening under their noses.
