They NEVER pick up the phones here! You always have to leave a message and they will call you back in a day or two. This is ridiculous especially when the doctor tells you if an issue arises again to call immediately and they will work you right in due to the time sensitive issue and you can't even get someone to pick up the phone. The front desk/phone staff need to be replaced, they have good doctors that are being represented by horrible office staff.

If there was an option for 0 stars thats what I would write. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this office. I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and to caution others considering their services. First and foremost, the biggest issue I encountered was the complete lack of responsiveness from the office staff. Despite numerous attempts to reach them by phone, I never received an answer. Even leaving voicemails seemed futile, as my calls were never returned. This lack of communication left me feeling ignored and frustrated, especially when I needed assistance or clarification. Furthermore, the lack of follow-up from this office was unacceptable. They do surprise billing, but do it in such a way to make seem like its an accident from their staff. The office manager, Angela Slatter is very hard to reach, not compassionate, and is all about the money. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for patient care is highly concerning. Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this office to anyone. It has turned into a complete baby mill driven by getting as much people in the door and out. The lack of responsiveness, failure to return calls, and absence of follow-up demonstrate a clear disregard for patient needs and satisfaction. It is essential for a medical office to prioritize effective communication and provide a supportive environment, which was sorely lacking in my case. Overall, my experience here was incredibly disappointing, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to address these issues and improve their services in the future.

HEALTHCARE HORROR : HUNTER'S CREEK CHRONICLE As a cash patient, I made it explicitly clear to both Dr. Marian A. Maldonado and the front desk staff that I had recently moved, had no insurance, and was currently unemployed. Despite this, they still managed to send me an erroneous bill, claiming that I hadn't completed payment for services rendered. After numerous frustrating phone calls, they acknowledged their mistake and promised to rectify it. Did they? Of course not. It took a physical visit to their office to finally get them to address the issue properly. But wait, there's more. Throughout my entire ordeal, not once did they bother to explain the process or the charges involved. It felt like they were deliberately trying to confuse and overcharge me at every turn. It's despicable behavior that preys on vulnerable patients who are simply seeking medical care. I was blindsided by a second billing from LabCorp for a urine test. To make matters worse, this test was conducted without my consent , Even though I received the urine test results on the same day at the clinic, and I WAS CHARGED FOR IT ( see PICTURE number 2) As if that wasn't enough, I was then billed for a pap smear that I never requested nor needed. My visit was specifically for a urine infection, not a pap smear. (PICTURE 3)
