Just returned from vacation staying at a property on Indian Pointe The Villa was very clean with all amenities that we required plus a private pool with lakesde view which was crystal clear, Ideal for relaxing after a tiring day at the theme parks, Only problem we had (batteries in TV remote ) was took care of very quickly and any email correspondence answered by return, Hopefully we will be back again to stay with them at some point in the future.

Just got back from a Kissimmee property in a gated community. We booked through WestJet, and used our points. When we arrived, the kids were thrilled with the three bedroom place. The pool was just what we needed after an insane travel day. We found two cockroaches the first two days, but it was pretty minor. It was nice that the dropped off groceries prior to our stay too. As time went on and we had more down time between our park days, we noticed both positive and negative stuff. Some minor. There was a storm on a day we happened to have a medical emergency, and the umbrella did some damage to the pool enclosure. It was cleaned up quickly and the staff of the very responsive. On our final day, my husband was taking a shower and noticed four cockroaches come out of the shower drain. They disappeared into some minor cracks into the wall. We left some extra toilet paper and some dishwashing tabs for the next person. We also left the tip for the cleaning person as it was a large house. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone also using WestJet points.

Have been using this vacation home rental company since 2017! Definitely recommend checking them out. Wife and I use them every time we go to Florida.

Stayed recently at an Aster Cove location in Kissimmee for a week-long vacation. Unfortunately this property isn't being managed anywhere near close to professionally, and it shows. Simple things like not having the correct wifi login info (took two days to get that) and a number of broken items in the house (drain plugs, power outlets) were annoying, but the cockroach issue got to the point we left a day early and got a hotel rather than sleep there another night (they are in the walls, and everywhere). Both my children got raging ear infections after using the pool, that was a nice $300 surprise expense to deal with. With some fixing up, and a deep extermination effort the property could be amazing. Great location, nice view out back, and nice vs a hotel to unwind and relax. But it's IMHO being run into the ground by whomever is managing the property. It's been three days and I still haven't gotten so much as a reply to my notice of vacating early due to infestation, so maybe there isn't the desire to improve. HVAC system also struggled with temperatures, but as I'm from a subarctic area I'm giving that a pass
