During our six-day stay, we enjoyed the cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere of this great location, conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. The management and staff did an excellent job ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
Rooms: Clean rooms
Safety: It's a very safe location.
Walkability: I was within walking distance of the restaurant.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The website shows a great place that could be all it shows yet is such a let down. Town house may be old but was also ran down with half the electric outlets not working; toilet seats broken; ants and other bugs all over the interior; front door needs new seals; and a chair with sharp objects poking out of it cut one of my kids. The lazy river could be great if maintained as it was dirty due to guest putting the floats into the flower beds which look like they have seen a few hurricanes and never cleaned up. There was a snake and some lizards floating in the water. I managed to remove them before anyone noticed. Don't believe they hype on the website. They place needs major renovating and not worth the price. The rewards program is a joke and the only thing you really get from it is a couple of free drinks. With a lot of updates and renovation it could be great. The lobby, game room and gym looked nice.
After response from Manager: Thanks for the apology however that does not address any concerns that we had nor future guests will have. I think we deserve a refund for the inconvenience with the property that should have been in place per your website. I hope my review will help any other travelers on the fence about staying here.

Safety: Front door on town house not secure; power outlets not working; steep stairs could be dangerous; broken furniture dangerous and bathroom fixtures need to be fixed.
Noteworthy details: It's close to a lot of what Kissimmee and the Disney area have to offer. Not what they picture online.
