How does a rehab facility release a patient that is now in worse shape than when they arrived. The physical therapy is non-existence in this place. All they do is leave the patients in bed wearing diapers all day, now that my mother is at home she cannot take care of herself, my dad doesn't have the strength to take care of her and they provided no home assistance for her. Once they used up all her insurance she was dismissed.

Amy, very professional and always willing to help the people there, tremendous human being. I have no complaints about her or the staff who work there. The really good nurses and those from the Maintenance Dept are always willing to help. God continue to bless and help you. So that they continue doing such important work. Congratulations I recommend this place to people who don't have anyone to help them.

i am a very well regarded professional puppeteer, Bonnies Puppet Palace. On May 17 , 2023 i did a puppet show for Aspire At Kissimmee Gardens . Formally Keystone Nursing AND Rehab . New NAME change . Had a wonderful time and gave my all to the Residents ! Lydia Soto THE Activities director at the time and her assistant gave me 5 Star Glowing reviews which are posted on google . I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE PAID IN A FEW WEEEKS . HAVE NOT BEEN PAID .!! HAVE Made numerous attempts to contact the facility and was told they were going through personal accounting changes and was told i would be paid , September 28 , 2023 was informed , Corporate never received the invoice . Dawn accounting asked me would i please send another . I Did was told they got it and they would forward it to Corporate. MORE phone calls , Corporate never answers the phone . Oct. 27, 2023 i called and called to talk to the accounting Director Dawn , she would not talk to me and i was told she said call Corporate .!! In 20 years of doing my shows i have never been treated in this manner , and not been paid for my services !!!! I gave my heartfelt talent residents loved the show. and was treated like Dirt .This is a terrible place to perform and i would never ever , ever recommend it to any other entertainer or tell anyone to send their loved one to Aspire At Kissimmee Gardens !!! UPDATE>>I finally got paid in November , 7 months after i did the show ... Hooray !!!!
