This business is closed overnight and left both guests and property managers who worked with on the road without any payments. They had the Virgin Airlines contract and had people stay in many the vacation homes in the area. We hope Virgin Airlines steps in to help the property managers and owners without any payment.

Just found out company closed up 😡 we r out our deposit and now looking for another home for the month of February. After many attempts to contact them last week I called the Chamber of Commerce who confirmed my fears.

My wife and I were looking for a property management company to manage our vacation home. After researching a few places we came across Contempo Vacation Homes. I contacted
the Marketing coordinator. This person was excellent! This individual wrote very good English, was very professional and more importantly was very responsive to all my questions and inquiries within 24 hrs. I requested to speak someone responsible for property management. I was referred to the corporate office and that’s where everything began to fall apart. I reached out to the office via email and phone requesting for information to apply. They did not respond to my phone call or email initially. I had to follow up multiple times before I was sent the application information. I filled it out and sent it back. I requested to speak to someone to clarify a few things. No one responded! It was amazing to me because this company does not seem to understand what client experience or customer service is all about and yet they are in service/hospitality industry. It was almost as though the company didn’t want or need our business! We submitted the application but after all the neglect and poor customer service we terminated our contract request right away. I will give this company zero stars if I could.
