Before choosing a real estate team, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best for my family and I. We hired George after being listed for over 10 months with another agent. Not only did the Puerto Rican cowboy rope us a buyer in only six weeks he got us over asking. George’s marketing strategies are phenomenal and that’s the reason why he was able to keep his promise that he was going to sell our house for top dollar and quickly. George is extremely understanding, caring and above all patient and believe me we could’ve tried the patience of a saint and yet he still was calm and collected but more than anything else George is very communicative. never once did we feel lost, he made sure we knew everything that was going on and that makes all the difference in the world.
