Javier was absolutely excellent to work with. Ive known him for approximately 45 days and he's one of the easiest people to speak with. He was an absolute professional and I was so impressed with his demeanor and his diligent approach and the decisions he made and helped us make along the way. As a first time buyer, he was great at preparing me for what's to come and how to keep the process moving along so efficiently. He 100% delivered on his word and we closed in 30 days.
