Sarah Carrasquillo is a piece of work. She thinks she owns the property that she is showing and is rude. If I was her I would find another career because hospitality and being courteous are the main qualities she lack. I would definitely find another real estate agency. If she is that way then everyone in that office is that way. She just made this agency miss out on future property investors. Be careful how you treat people cause you never know who they are.

Worked with this team 3x now within the past 4 years and they have went above and beyond for me. Ive had to relocate several times due to COVID back in 2020, again two years later when my landlord decided to sell his unit and last year in 2023 when I decided to rent an apartment on my own (without roommates). Each time this team has helped me find apartments to rent within my budget that were also located in good communities.
I highly recommend them whether youre looking to buy or rent. Thank you again Sarah and Eddie!

From a potential renter's POV, I found them to be very rude and condescending. The whiplash was insane from being asked to consider buying a house through them to insinuating I was lying about my credit and rental history because I has concerns of dumping $200 for their non-refundable background check. If you're considering renting or buying through them, I would go with so many of the other realty places that exist. I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences with other realty management companies.

I made a deposit of $500 and they have not returned my calls or messages. I came to the office that appears in person but they are not here, so they use that to disappear more easily when it comes to talking to them to find out what happened to the money. Don't deal with these people EVER.
