Freeway Vacation Homes

Please be careful with this company, if you want peace of mind and a vacation that you can relax and enjoy - forget this one! I have pictures of everything and all the conversations documented! I rented a house that is managed by Freeway Vacation Homes and here are the result: 1) No enough towels, 8 towels for 14 people (I had to go to Walmart to buy new ones) 2) They didn't wash the sheets - I have pictures for all the hair we found on the sheets and pillow cases, it was midnight and I was doing laundry. 3) No enough blankets, one of the bedrooms doesn't even had the bed set. We bought blankets too! 4) If 2 persons take a shower you have to wait about 2 hours to have hot water again - it made our trip terrible since we couldn't take shower to go out.... 5) Forget about the bikes! They wrote in the "propaganda"that the house has 4 bikes...well, they locked the garage and you are not able to get those. 6) The garbage disposable was broken and the kitchen smelled terrible 7) The worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life! The company that manage this house is Freeway Vacation Homes, you can call 30 times a day, they never responded to you (I can proof with all the messages that I sent). The owner was making jokes with me when I finally could speak with him, he said he would send someone and he never sent. 8) This is the last but not the least! Because the garbage disposable was broken (and I sent a several messages about that) the dishwasher began to leak water to the entire floor - it was Christmas Eve, we had to hand wash our dishes and everything, in the next day the kitchen had a plenty of water on the floors and it was smelling terrible, I called them again, no response! We spent Christmas washing dishes and with a house smelling trash from the garbage disposable. I have everything documented, all the pictures and now I am willing to find help with VRBO e Better Business Bureau. That's a shame you pay so high to have fun and just get all theses inconviniences!
