For the last 12 years working here every day is a 5 star experience. At La Rosa Realty-Kissimmee we are set up for success, personally and as a team. There is no problem that our Brokers Maria and Anderson Correa cannot help you resolve, our team backs us up fast and efficiently. Since 2007 started into Real Estate as Investor and later as Realtor. Started at Keller Williams and two more RE brokerages before joining La Rosa Realty in 2011because of the 100% commission instead of 70/30 split. Since then I am very satisfied and proud of joining the enterprise created by Joe & Michael La Rosa. MY work is as Independently as I wish, but have the support when I need it, just by asking for it. I love it here so much, that when my wife became a Realtor six years ago, she joined us for the same reasons I'd stayed for all these years, and she is still practicing RE within La Rosa Realty umbrella. I also recommended our branch to my client and later best friend and when she became a realtor a few years ago, she joined our practice and still loves to work here at LRR-K. A couple of years ago another Broker offer me a Sign in Bonus of $13k because of my high production evidence in the MLS , but after a few days thinking, I decided to stay. It is much more productive to be at 100% independence w/ 100% commission than experimenting somewhere else or to re-start my career in a brokerage that will need my expertise. If you are considering to make a good living and excel doing your profession; La Rosa Realty-Kissimmee will help you with training classes, Knowledge, Experiences, Support Coaches if needed, and complete staff for helping you achieve success.(even if you are newly licensed).
