Steven is the owner who you deal with for rentals. As a property owner, I have had Steven renting my properties for 10 years now. He does a very thorough job in screening applicants and gives you his best search if they qualify. And they have been excellent. He makes safety inspections halfway through the lease ensuring the home is safe and being taken care of. Steven is very responsive to the tenant too when there is a problem. He has his own handyperson who takes care of many things also. And Steven does not play tenant games either....they need to have their rent in or he will start immediate eviction notice. For someone wanting to rent, Steven(Florida Pines Realty) handles close to 100 properties of varying styles from mobile homes to large homes. Unlike most rental companies, he does not force applicants to pay for the background and credit check with an application. He screens applicants and will only ask for those costs IF he thinks you are a top qualifier. That saves renters from extra wasted costs. Steven is a local, knows the community, active in various programs, and extremely honest. I highly recommend him to either a landlord or a renter.

Florida Pines Realty LLC, was beyond awesome. Steven, and his staff were great to work with. I was a tenant for a year, in the St. Cloud, Fl area. I loved the photos of the property and I reached out, Steven met with me the same evening to show me the house. The application process was a breeze, and I also like the fact they don't allow an enormous amount of applicants to apply at once; like most places. Maintenance requests at the propertywere always handled in a timely manner. All interactions and communication were always professional. On move-out I left the property in great condition, so I received my full deposit. If I shall rent in the FL area again, I will definitely see what they have available and/or even highly recommend.
