This company isnt even worthy of the one star. They are impossible to get a clear answer from when asking questions about the guidelines of our community. Even with the policies in hand they run in circles. Not to mention that they are quick to hand out courtesy notices but not fix and keep common areas clean or safe. I have never had such an irritating experience.

Terrible communication - honestly I dont know what theyre doing besides taking our money. Its impossible to get a response out of them and if you speak to Maria in person she gives attitude and excuses. Its absolutely ridiculous.
