First time doing a Review for Sentry-Kissimmee because in the past they had horrible customer service, but this recent experience was amazing. I sent over a request for approval to do my backyard patio. I reached out to Jocelyne just to ask how long the approval takes and she said up to 30 days. so, I sent out the require forms on Tuesday the 12th, 2024 and I got approve the NEXT DAY WOOT WOOT. Jocelyne has Great Customer service skills and responded to me with a prompt matter. THANK YOU SENTRY :)

If I could go back in time and not help sell my moms house I would, since moving into Audubon Villas the HOA has gone from 347 to 520 with no notice, theres not much to say what theyve done to increase the Monthly HOA, as of recent ,..repainting from 10/23 its tacked onto the dues which brings it in total to about $900 a month. I cant see what so much theyve done to justify the budget increase I believe this company is ran by greed and needs to be changed to another.

I am an owner and I expect to be treated with respect. Duketta Dolo was very rude when I asked why are we not able to decorate the exterior of the home and she responded by saying because you cant no explanation whatsoever, when I asked why AGAIN she proceed to say I just explained it to you, when clearly, she didnt. A big attitude and rude person, I expect way more from HOA. I dont want someone who doesnt care about answering simple questions to deal with bigger situations in our neighborhood. Very unprofessional.
