Honestly I dont have any problems with this company. They were understanding when It came time for me to apply. Any issues I have they try their best to solve them. Thanks Robert Again.

I do not recommend this company. we moved to a home they were rented, not because we loved the home, but because we wanted to be in the neighborhood before we made a long term commitment to move here. the house was built in 1990, and was dated just that. clean but everything in it was 1990, the tile, the cabinets, the appliances all 1990. I say clean, but not to my standards, I took over 100 pictures, please follow my lead if you ever rent from them. there was white gritty stuff all over the floors in every room, think Ajax or comit. there was mold and rust stains in bathrooms. the blinds were all more than 20 years old, still had strings, many broken. the stove did not work, the toilet was cracked all over, and the dishwasher sounded like a Mack truck was slamming into you house lever and over again. with lots of effort they fixed it all, but took 7 months. in feb gave a move out, we bought a house right down the road. in March no electricity in bathrooms or in kitchen, said they would send someone they did not. wrote, text, emailed no response. paid rent for April and started moving beds out on 4/5. on 4/6 with only beds out everything else still in the home, they were working outside and broke a big window in master bedroom. glass and blood everywhere, they asked to come in, although they already broke in when I got there 5 min later. they never cleaned up the glass I finally had to 6 days later, after many unanswered text, phone and emails. on April 6, without permission they entered the house again, parked a trailer in my garage, after moving all my things and left it there for 5 days. response after the 4th day, I didn't think it was a big problem since you were moving out. from 4/6 to 4/29, they entered the house without notice everyday. I wrote, called and texted, please give notice, they never did. I cleaned and recleaned because they had muddier boots, used the bathrooms and stole my things. they refused to allow me to use the driveway or the garage, while we tried to move out of the house. with a huge whole in the window and only papaer covering it up, I could not use a/c while cleaning, but the workmen who never had permission to enter the house, used the a/c that was in my name. I had to beg them to move out of my way every time we tried to move anything out of the house. I can't believe for no electricity, hole in window, no refrigerator, I paid for this abuse. then came the deposit, after I was a maid to his men who used my sinks to clean paint and mud and used my toilets. I left the house spotless, not one thing out of place. I replaced the blinds that were 30 years old in one room. I got down and scrubbed the grout in the 1900 sq ft house, and had it all perfect. all while his men stole from me, and was in my house without notice.  then after 30 days, he never sent my deposit, he had sent it to a wrong address, not the one I gave him. Probably due to the fact that he was a scum lord, and took $522.81 out of my deposit for cleaning. when I showed him the 100 before pictures and the 100 pictures on the day I moved out, he sent me the whole deposit. he refused to do a walk threw before or after. he does not believe you have a right to the home, he comes in without notice all the time. he refuses to fix things in a timely manner, took 2 weeks for stove. 2 weeks for toilet and 7 months for dishwasher. he never fixed the ground wires for electricity in kitchen and bathrooms, he never fixed the refrigerator, and he never fix the window his men broke and only put paper on the window as a cover. and for all of this he charged me to clean up after his men and watch them steal from me. stay away from this company. you can tell they are slum lords when you go to the filthy dirty, cluttered, unclean office to sign papers. take one look and realize that is what you are dealing with. he finally gave me my money back, but I had all the paperwork for court filled out. he should have paid me back last months rent also, and I am still thinking about it. but if you unluckily rented from him. make sure you take pictures of everything before you move in, and as you walk out, because he only wants to steal your money.

FYI!!!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ANYTHING!!!! I was talking on the phone with someone about a single family home, i had said i had the deposit if by any chance that information was helpful, the women was so rude and said that doesnt matter. She said having the deposit isnt going to do anything. First time calling and had the worst experience. I DO NOT recommend these company what so ever.
