        The ladies at the front desk were more occupied talking to themselves than working and found the mail. Shame the manager isnt there to fix this issue.

        I can't believe what happen rn. Order my stuff online track during 10 days and then when finally it's show delivery... Check my front door nothing, my mail box nothing, my parcel locker nothing. And when I called, they said it's delivered in my parcel locker. But up to 3 days I still don't get my stuff and they don't pick up my call anymore. This place need to be closed. Trust me

        Worst customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. And the blonde Spanish speaking lady is so rude. Too bad I didnt catch her name. She lets the people she knows pack everything at the window. My stuff was packed but it didnt have the address bc I never mail anything, I had no idea which label/services I needed, well, she decided to send me to the back of the line. People that dont wanna work should leave those jobs for someone who does.
