Been coming here for ten years, never had a problem until this last time. I had called to get a quote on how much it would be to fix my camera & was told 35 over the phone. I got it fixed on Saturday, after I went home I realized that just my glass was fixed & not my camera. Not sure where the Miscommunication from over the phone to in person was but I am not happy. I then called to see if there was something that could be done. Was told they dont do refunds, but they could give a discount on the amount of the price of the camera if I choose to replace it. Why I would I want to give you more money when I was already misinformed once. Definitely lost a loyal customer.

100 stars!!! I obliterated my screen my second day of my 8 day Disney world vacation. Naturally I was panicked and through my shattered screen I googled phone repair places near Epcot and found, love my phone. I saw they were opened until 11pm verses everywhere else closing at 6. Well a Disney vacation isnt exactly free and the thought of having to loose a few hours of my park day to have my phone repair stresses me out more. So I called to verify they were open that late and they were. So I was able to finish my park day, hop on the skyliner to my resort and jump in my rental and head the 3 miles away. They were waiting for me when I got there just after 10:30, fixed my phone quick. I also got a phone case for my boyfriend and a stick on screen protector for my phone. VERY reasonable price and I have an older iPhone XR and they had the screen on hand. I left there within 30 minutes. They saved the day for sure. I also passed their info on to my travel agent who has all the Orlando hook ups for medical, dental and other things, she didnt have phone repair to suggest to any clients who may need it. Well she does now and its this place. While I dont want anyone to have to deal with phone issues, I do hope that they get more business from all her traveling clients.
