        I was recently scammed by another phone repair shop nearby called iWireless, also in East Osceola. They stole my phone screen and replaced it with a broken one without my knowledge. I was left with a phone that doesn't turn on and 80 dollars gone. I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to get all my important data from my broken phone to my new phone I bought shortly after the incident. Luckily Phone Repair Factory saved my day and I was able to transfer the data to my new phone because they got the old one up and running. They have excellent customer service and get the job done with no strings attached. If you are afraid of being scammed, go to Phone Repair Factory! They don't fool around. They highly value their customers and do their best to get the job done!
