Mizu Japanese Steak House and Sushi

Stopped by for lunch today; first time here and was happy my wife and I were the only one in the hibachi section where they cook in front of us. Waitress brought our soup and salad pretty fast and took almost 20mins for hibachi chef to come cook our food. Which caught us off guard considering we were the only one there. Food was good but not the best. We tipped our waitress 7.00 and from then, her attitude towards us shifted as if we did not tip enough.

We came here for dinner after being turned away from Oishi, and we are sure glad we did. The service was great and the food was more amazing. So flavorful and delicious. The hibachi cook did a great time entertaining us and the meal came with refried rice AND Noodles! It was do delicious. They even use minced garlic in their cooking which I don't think I've seen others use before. They have about 12 hibachi tables. We came on a weds evening. We will def come to this one again the next time we are in town. Kid-friendliness: My son said the chicken nuggets were amazing!
