Wish I could report a positive experience like many others but I cannot! 1. Trying to get through to this company on the phone was impossible - kept getting an error message and then disconnected. 2. Yesterday I received a bill from this company for a product I had already paid. The bill has NO explanation on what the charges are for and there was NO explanation given when discussing with the account rep. I can only assume that there are monthly charges for the nebulizer after already paying and billing my insurance. I have a tough time using a company that is NOT upfront with their billing process and what I would have to pay going forward. If I had known that there going to be additional charges, I probably would gone with the alternative my doctor gave me. I didn't receive any of the paperwork associated with my order. I would really like to return my nebulizer and get my money back!
