They have gone down in the organization and the doctors don't show up and they staff doesn't give notice until the day of the appointment for cancellations or to tell you that your primary doctor isn't showing up with little to no options for what you can do is either take it or leave it it wasn't like this all the time it has changed a lot especially with my favorite Doctor Mike yanez for the last 2 weeks he's a no-show and nobody knows when he's coming back or no info they just leave you high and dry with doctors that you don't even know and don't know your case it's upsetting and not good business

I wanted to say, yes, the waiting for the appointment it takes long, but its all worth it! Dr Frank I have no words to say thank you, how you helped my mom, you called everyone you knew just to help my mom, dr Frank would call me after hours to check if I made appointment for my mom at the right doctors and how he was concerned, he takes time with each patient, and let me tell you, he made my mom feel secure about what she was about to go through! God bless you always! Forever our family doctor
