AdventHealth Partin Settlement Health Park

I have been to this facility twice. Both times the service was excellent. The coffee shop closed. The staff is friendly.

I arrived to the appointment timely and was seen shortly thereafter. I had a good experience from start to finish. The technician was professional and considerate of my privacy. The images were reviewed by the radiologist and I was on my way in no time. I was also able to get a copy of the disk the same day. The office is beautiful and tidy. The reason I gave 4 stars is because a bag was not provided to place the clothing removed in. That's the norm in the state that I relocated from.

My elderly mom was was put in a room in the dark with a machine beeping and no contact for over an hour until I had her go out and ask to leave. She was told someone would be with her and the nurse did turn off the beeping machine. After almost another hour a doctor did show up and did do the Doppler test However she was put back in a room for almost 2 more hours with no contact. She had to go out and ask a nurse to remove the empty iv bag so she can go to the bathroom. This place is the worst facility ever. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!!
