If I could give ZERO stars I would. My fiancé took my sterling silver ring to have it resized since most big jewelry companies wont resize sterling silver. He went to pick up the ring unfortunately wasnt very observant and when he got in the car and gave it to me - still in their parking lot - there was not only one stone missing - which they refused to fix or replace - simply gave us a we showed it to you and you said it was fine when we hadnt even left their parking lot yet and went right back inside. - the kicker is Im not only missing ONE stone but they changed the opposing stone on the ring for a clear zirconia stone. When my stones were BLUE! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Idk if it was a scam or what theyre intentions were but its pretty messed up youd do that with someones item that theyre paying you to work with.
