Great service by the lady that fixed my watched it was done within 20 mins and she did a great job. Price was reasonable as well. I also left a gold bangle bracelet for repair and it was done within a few minutes.

Horrible service - took in a watch in 9.5 condition for a refresh of seals and it came out 1 instead of lightly buffing they scratched, my dial came out with crease and some hair behind the glass. I also paid upfront thinking they were trustworthy with quality work. Before walking out told them I'll never be wearing this watch again because of you. Just a waste of time do not shop here. horrible service - took a watch in 9.5 condition to update the seals and 1 came out instead of polishing lightly, they got scratches, my dial came out with a crease and some hair behind the glass. I also paid upfront thinking they were trustworthy with quality work. Before leaving I told you that I would never wear this watch again thanks to you. It's a waste of time, don't buy here.
