We have been trying to get a simple quote from this office for days now. After misquoting us the first time because it was not run through RCE first. Suddenly the same quoted policy was $800 more than they quoted us. :( we got a third and fourth quote, still not the coverage we asked for and a lot higher than we needed to pay. After adjusting the deductibles and coverage we got a policy we were happy with, only they never sent it for our approval so we could bind the coverage. After emailing and calling the office, we got no response. Now we have to wait till they open again on Monday. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional, Im not sure where all these five star ratings came from. They sure know how to make paying clients go to their competitors.
