Like most of the reviews here, the redeeming qualities of this hotel is the amazing staff. Everything else was mediocre at best. I booked a room for 4 nights. Upon checkin, my wife and I found out our room was facing the main road with little to no sound proofing. Fortunately, we were able to switch rooms. Our new room had damp carpets, a faulty safe and some kinda odor. Since we were going to be out the whole day at Disney, we didnt mind it as much. On our last night, we retuned to our room to find that house keeping decided to skip making the beds and just clear the trash. However, location to Disney is great and you can walk to nearby eateries next door.

I congratulate you for such good service, the breakfast is very varied, healthy and to choose from to suit everyone's taste, The staff is very attentive and Adriana supported us with our questions with great kindness and hospitality.

Our rooms were nothing like the photos online. My friends room with 1 queen bed & bunkbeds was very cramped. No sitting room whatsoever. My room with a king bed was spacious, and the room with 2 queen beds was standard.. The rooms felt dark & dated with the carpet choice installed. It's an old hotel but the location for our visit was great. Housekeeping was fine with clean beds & bathrooms, however they get a 2 star for not paying more attention to dusting/ cleaning lamps, top of a/c units, tvs & elevator doors. Hotel front desk staff were very pleasant. Walkability: Walkability to Old Town is right up the street. Easy walk to some restaurants & shops.

Location is good but breakfast is not included. Also, front tower main street facing rooms do get busy and be prepared for noise often.
