Heritage Park Inn Kissimmee

DO NOT STAY HERE *COCKROACHES* Unless you enjoy waking up at 2am with cockroaches in your hair. This has absolutely been the most vile, disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Cockroaches everywhere, the floors, the ceiling, in your bed. The manager Vinni, has given us the run around about how he is trying to refund us but is running into issues etc but thus far we havent gotten a cent back even though we checked out immediately the following morning. The only saving grace for this place was the front desk worker Virginia, she deserves a 10/10 rating as she was extremely kind and helpful.

My favorite hotel when I'm in the area for the price and the rooms are newly renovated and are beautiful. Great location and staff. Rooms: Very clean no bugs only thing needed is a microwave which they have in the lobby but full size fridge and lots of space. Comfortable beds

The room was dirty. It had no place to hang clothes or towels. When I got in the shower in the morning my feet left footprints in the bottom of the tub from the dirt on the floors. Pubic hairs in the unclean corners in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't open all the way, it stopped when it hit the toilet. They must rent weekly and monthly? The guy in the room next to me was a resident and had an angry loud visitor around 2AM. An argument ensued and I was scared out of my white. Would not recommend staying here

I was stay in the no smoking room for a couple days. Received room has missed fire/smoke detector, fan greed, one pillow has a points of blood, restroom fan was a quite noisy and I can't turn it off separately from the light. I made pictures and sent them to the manager. After few minutes received response with change the room offer. I asked just to fix that issues. All problem was fixed in next 20 minutes. New fan greed and fide detector was installed and pillow replaced. I wasn't mentioned kindly dirty floor in a bathroom, but I wasn't so care about. I know how much I paid and as so what I should expect. Small discomfort was there: room doesn't have microwave and coffee machine. But you should to know : you will have good, quick responsible manager and at night excellent security. Nice parking and Cuban bar. Hotel also have a pool, but I don't take my experience with water here. As so: If you need place for quick stop you can select this space, if you need more comfort, breakfast and gym you should look at more expensive places. Safety: I don't feel like I should keep my door locked.
