Julian, the front desk person was excellent, he wears many hats. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is really good for the price. My family and I went here to stay for Disney World. When we went into our rooms, we were shocked to see that it was all clean. The bathroom looked good. The beds looked spotless, and the floor was a bit sticky, but it was still good-looking. Our door had to be pushed or pulled hard to be closed but other than that, the door was sturdy. The hotel has a walmart next to it. The breakfast is pretty good and Disney world isn't that far away from the hotel. We did see a roach come out of the back of our table but I would recommend this hotel. 9.5/10

We stayed 3 nights in march. There is a charge automatically of $7.65 per night, this is not told upon check in. The hotel was probably really nice once upon a time, it needs repair in and outside the hotel. Room are outdated, the orange couch we had in our room was dirty and had a huge stain on it. The coffee table was sticky. The pool seen better days, not once have we seen anybody service it. The hot tub too. You could tell both hasnt been cleaned in awhile. The outdoor furniture as the table were never cleaned as we seen ants on top trying to eat our breakfast. The surroundings on the property is not well kept, lots of trash. 1 garbage can right outside the front door was overflowing numerous times. The lobby furniture is really dirty. The booth for breakfast the seats were dirty on a lot of them. Breakfast was good and Julian front desk was really nice. He always seemed to be working. great location but wont stay again, ill pay the extra $ for next time.
