Always short staff they keep their dining room closed its barely open..unprofessional and line stays long due to lack of laziness and understaffed. Need better management and a well trained and organized team who cares to work and not just for a check.

Always a problem when I come here, either the order is wrong( condiments are incorrect, missing items, or a totally different order from what I placed), or they dont have onion rings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeo cheddar bites or sprite. This was all asked for in one order and there werent any of those things because the truck didnt make it on Sunday. When I get to the window to pay they didnt have any drink carriers for 3 large drinks Im getting. Ive been here previously and gotten 9 total mozzarella sticks on an order of 16 pcs. Expect a wait and incorrect food when you come here. Pathetic management Onyx!

I waited for 30 minutes and watched TWO cars move. I can honestly say I'm not suprised because I am convinced this store is trying to break the record for the worst restaurant in the country.

Freshly made it took maybe 5 minutes in the drive thru got what we ordered including napkins and a few condiments we asked for salt, pepper and ketchup with a smiling young lady passed our bag through the window I definitely would recommend
